With the help of a Grant from the AAP Section on Young Physicians (SOYP), we are proud to be able to offer this workshop geared towards the Young Pediatricians in our community, and be available to support them in their burgeoning careers

Planned Topics: Billing and Coding, Vaccine Reimbursement and how to improve it in your practice, How to set up a Practice/Run a Business/Negotiate Contracts, and how to improve Advocacy in our state

At the February meeting, Dr. Pam Greenspon respresented the Breastfeeding taskforce of Nevada and presented resources and pamphlets useful for our patients who need some support.

Huff and Puff Club

A free resource for helping your patients with Asthma manage their symptoms and learn more about their disease. Sponsored by St. Rose Dominican Hospitals

A Pediatric Pulmonologist (Dr. Craig Nakamura) or a Pediatric Allergist (Dr. Sean McKnight) will be on hand to answer questions.

A Neonatal/Pediatric RT will be available to administer PFTs and provide demonstrations of how to use various respiratory therapy devices.
